Limbikani Centre for Development Organization (LICEDO) exists to create an inclusive society where every child and vulnerable group can thrive. We partner with communities and duty-bearers to strengthen systems across five program areas: Early Childhood Development (ECD), Education, Health, Youth & Women Empowerment, and Environment.
