A former accounting professional with many years of practical experience in financial management, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. His background as an accountant equips him with strong critical skills and a deep understanding of financial controls, auditing and processes.

A professional secondary school teacher and Headteacher. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree. She provides strong leadership, welfare and contribution of valuable insight to the Organisation

A former Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) employee, with experience in tax administration, revenue collection, compliance, record management and investigation. She provides strong skills in organization procedures, governance and support board coordination.

He formerly served as a community leader, where he played a key role in mobilising communities, promoting peace, and strengthening local governance structures. His experience in community leadership enables him to contribute meaningfully to community engagement initiatives within the organization

Mr. Linord Kumwenda serves as the Programs Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Transformative Community Development from Mzuzu University. His journey with LICEDO began when he joined the organization as an intern, where his commitment and outstanding performance distinguished him as a valuable team member. He is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in program design and implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. His work focuses on key thematic areas including Early Childhood Development, Education, Youth and Women Empowerment, and Environment.
